Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Clary website, application, and related services provided by Clary (“Clary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. The service

Clary is a productivity application intended to help you capture thoughts, organize tasks, and choose useful next actions. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product is developed. Early access does not guarantee continued availability of any particular feature.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and other content you submit. You give Clary the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

3. AI-assisted behavior

Clary may use automated systems to interpret natural-language captures and make suggestions. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing consequential dates, reminders, external calendar actions, and other changes before relying on them. Clary is not a medical service, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Clary unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account or data, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use automated activity to abuse rate limits or infrastructure.

5. Early access and feedback

Early-access features may be experimental and may contain defects. You may send feedback, but do not include confidential information you do not want us to receive. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may use feedback to improve Clary without owing compensation.

6. Third-party services

Clary may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, email, analytics, AI processing, or integrations. Their availability and terms may affect the service. External actions should remain subject to the controls and limitations shown in Clary.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clary is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. You may stop using Clary at any time and may request account deletion through the contact page.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to monish.sd.2008@gmail.com.
